Position type: Contract-to-Hire

Salary: $20-$25/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00; on-site

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Medical Receptionist (Arabic/English-speaking) to join a growing healthcare practice in the south Denver area. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service while supporting daily front office operations. The ideal candidate will have prior medical reception experience, strong knowledge of insurance verification processes, and hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW).

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
  • Collect and update patient demographic and insurance information.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, referrals, and authorizations.
  • Pre-gather and validate insurance coverage information prior to patient appointments.
  • Collect co-pays, balances, and other patient payments.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical record system.
  • Scan and upload patient documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Assist with additional administrative and front office duties to support daily operations.
  • Support revenue cycle processes through accurate patient registration and insurance verification.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist required.
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) software required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology required.
  • Previous experience pre-gathering and verifying insurance coverage required.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) preferred.
  • Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans.
  • Experience with referrals and prior authorizations.
